WS Game 2: Stargell helps Flash to 2-0 series lead on Glovers

Willie Stargell had a two-run home run, while Brad Johnson added a home run to lead the Fort Lauderdale Flash over the Golden Glovers 8-3 in the Game 2 of the World Series.

Teddy Higuera got the win, going 6 1/3 innings, while Ty Cobb added two RBI in the victory.

David Wells took the loss, giving up five runs — but just one earned — in 4 2/3 innings. Bryce Harper had two hits and a RBI.
