Game 25A: Castilla leads 23-hit attack in Flash’s 15-2 win

Holy smokes.

Vinny Castilla was 4 for 6 with a home run and five RBI, while four other players had three hits as the Fort Lauderdale Flash pounded the Golden Glovers 15-2.

Moises Alou had three hits, a home run and two RBI, while Hideki Matsui had three hits and three RBI. Chan Ho Park pitched a complete game with 10 strikeouts.

Jim Palmer’s spring training glory days are long over as he got tagged for eight earned runs in 3 2/3 innings.
